Don't allow Services entries in pop-up menus on macOS (bug#66420)

* src/nsmenu.m ([EmacsMenu runMenuAt:forFrame:keymaps:]):
Prevent the system from adding context menu plug-ins
(Services entries or sub-menu) to all our pop-up menus.
